Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or Project Management, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.
• Must have a minimum of twelve (12) years of related experience, including at least six (6) years in a management or supervisory role and/or project manager role in a large, multi-faceted organization.

Responsibilities

• Proven complex experience in tackling large-scale program/project control issues.
• Establishes key performance indicators and holds team accountable for complex project controls mitigation strategies, reporting, and proactive engagement with project teams and agency owners.
• Provides resource balancing for project needs and optimizing time amongst team members.
