MTA Construction & Development is seeking a Senior Director, Project Controls (Stations) to lead the project controls function for the Delivery/Stations division. This executive role oversees staffing, budgets, and policy decisions while aligning with senior management objectives.

This position is eligible for telework, which is currently one day per week. New hires are eligible to apply 30 days after their effective date of hire.
The Senior Director, Project Controls, has a high level of authority for the decision-making, staffing, and budget for their functional area of responsibility, subject to approval regarding the most significant business and policy issues by the Senior Management. The incumbent has decision-making authority over their functional area. Works within clearly defined policies, principles, and specific objectives in consultation with departmental management. Provides policy and procedural recommendations with final approval from Senior Management.

Final salary is determined by experience, skill set , and alignment with compensation practices. The posted range reflects expected compensation and may be updated as market or business needs evolve.
