KIOXIA America, Inc. seeks a Senior Staff Director, Program Management to establish and lead a scalable program management capability across storage, memory, SSDs, controllers, firmware, software, and platform development.

This high-visibility role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and deep technical depth to drive cross-functional alignment and business impact. The role partners with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, IT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, or Operations.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Technical Program Management or related fields.
• Deep technical knowledge in SSD, NAND flash memory architectures, data center, embedded storage, storage controllers, or memory-related technologies.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and formalize the Program Management function from the ground up.
• Define the operating model, team structure, governance, and performance expectations.
• Establish scalable processes, templates, dashboards, and reporting for a growing semiconductor company.
• Drive programs across concept to launch and sustaining phases with clear objectives and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional planning, risk resolution, and resource discussions to align priorities.
• Serve as a liaison with global teams to ensure consistency in roadmaps and execution.
• Provide executive updates on major programs, portfolio health, and decisions.
