Job summary

KIOXIA America, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the SSD marketing team to define product strategy, roadmaps, and market positioning for next-generation storage solutions. You will collaborate across sales, engineering, operations, and management to drive design wins and market success.

You will own MRDs/PRDs, engage hyperscale customers, and shape go-to-market plans while aligning technical and business goals. Travel ~25% and a strong track record in enterprise storage are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of product management experience in SSDs, storage, semiconductors, or related hardware.
• Prior experience working with hyperscalers, cloud providers, or large-scale data center customers strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SSD architecture, NAND flash, and controller/SoC design; NVMe ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end business plans for next-gen SSD portfolio.
• Engage hyperscale customers to translate needs into differentiated product requirements.
• Develop MRDs and PRDs from customer inputs, workload trends, and competitive intel.
• Align cross-functional execution across marketing, sales, engineering, operations, and support.
• Define go-to-market strategies and pricing for hyperscale customers.
• Drive design wins and qualifications with hyperscalers; AVL, interop, deployment readiness; collaborate with ecosystem partners.
