Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform, owning end-to-end consumer and business outcomes. This leadership role requires crafting a multi-year vision, building a high-performing PM organization, and aligning with Engineering, Finance, Credit, and Partnerships to deliver durable results.

You will drive platform strategy, scale APIs and servicing capabilities, and shape investment decisions across geographies and partner integrations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management with multi-team leadership.
• Experience owning large domains or platforms with meaningful financial impact.
• Experience managing managers and building high-performing PM teams.
• System-level thinking with portfolio-level decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year Card domain vision and roadmap across consumer experience and economics.
• Lead the Card domain, including Affirm Card and Card Platform initiatives.
• Build and scale a high-performing product organization and design operating cadences.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Credit, Legal, Partnerships, and GTM across the business.
