Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director Process Manager for PULSE Operations to create strategy and lead a high-priority portfolio. You will guide a team across Money Movement functions and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive bottom-line impact.

You will oversee project planning, risk management, and cross-functional partnerships, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced, complex environment. This role emphasizes coaching, communication, and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Process Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in People Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Project management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate sized teams to drive complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction.
• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget within a challenging environment while managing risk.
• Partner cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Utilize outstanding influencing skills to drive project and program efforts.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management and ability to quickly establish structure.
• Exhibit a passion for coaching and developing associates through leadership.
• Maintain excellent communication and partnership skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Serve as a Project Leader who is detailed-oriented and able to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
