Capital One is seeking a Sr Process Manager to lead a team of process managers and deliver flawless processes that improve efficiency and bottom-line results in Houston. You will design and validate processes, produce metrics, and drive improvements while collaborating with senior leaders to secure buy-in and ensure data integrity in a dynamic agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience is required.
• At least 2 years of Process management experience.
• At least 2 years of Project management experience.
• At least 2 years of People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Creating and validating processes
• Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
• Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
• Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues with systems used or owned by a department
• Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
• Managing and leading a high performing team of associates
