Role

As a Senior Director Process Manager in PULSE Operations, you will create strategy and lead a team through high priority projects for the company. You will collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line. You lead important and exciting projects from day one, working alongside key stakeholders across the company. You will lead the Money Movement team which consists of Settlement, Billing, Incentives, Disputes & ownership of the Supplier Strategy that supports PULSE Operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Industrial engineering, Process engineering, Process management, Systems engineering, Management, Business or Business Administration (MBA)
• Process or Project Management certification (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, PMP), Business Management certification
• 5 years of experience in Process Management
• 5 years of experience in People Management

• Richmond, VA: $208,800 - $238,300 for Sr. Director, Process Mgt
• Riverwoods, IL: $208,800 - $238,300 for Sr. Director, Process Mgt

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
