Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director, Process Manager for the PULSE Operations team in McLean, VA. You will lead the Money Movement team including Settlement, Billing, Incentives, and Disputes, driving strategic projects and stakeholder partnerships to influence bottom-line results.

You will coach and develop associates, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery while assessing risks and leveraging data.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• Minimum 2 years in process management, people management, project management, and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Lead moderate sized teams to drive complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction.
