Trustmark Bank is seeking a Director of Private Banking to lead the Private Banking unit, drive sales efforts, and ensure profitable, compliant operations. The role partners with Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining strict risk controls and a competitive market stance.

Candidates should bring a Bachelor's in Business or Finance, 5 years in leadership and 8 years in private banking lending or related leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 5 years of Leadership experience including manager and team lead
• 8 years of Direct private banking lending experience through personal production or a leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of Private Banking and bank financial products and services, including applicable laws and regulations
• Advanced sales skills to lead business development activities within Private Banking
• Experience working with affluent, high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.

Responsabilidades

• Cross-train, lead and develop team of associates to promote maximum productivity, engagement, succession planning, and overall contribution to strategic organizational goals
• Manage profitability of the units, the client, and direct new business development and current customer retention activities to generate fee revenues for supervised functional areas. Ensure high-quality customer experience is maintained through departmental operations and actions.
• Serve as the senior client-facing representative of Private Banking with the bank's most significant clients and prospects, and transition clients to the appropriate banker or advisor for ongoing management.
• Develop sales strategies for the Private Banking team, including guiding internal and external presentations, training, and cross-selling opportunities between units to assist in revenue generation efforts.
• Provide management, leadership, and supervision to direct and indirect reports through clearly communicated department goals/direction.
• Compliance/Regulatory: Interact with regulatory agencies and internal Compliance and Audit to provide all requested information in a timely manner. Also, manage risk through complying daily with policy and procedures of Trustmark and government agencies.
• Associates are expected to perform all additional duties as assigned.
