Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience including manager and team lead.
• 8+ years of direct private banking lending experience.
• Extensive knowledge of private banking products and regulations.
• Advanced sales skills for business development in private banking.
• Experience with affluent and UHNW clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coordinate all Private Banking processes and activities.
• Drive sales efforts and profitable operations within the division.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure excellent client experiences.
• Develop sales strategies and oversee presentations and cross-selling.
• Provide leadership to direct and indirect reports with clear goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
