Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience including manager/leadership roles.
• 8+ years of direct private banking lending experience or equivalent leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of private banking products, services, laws and regulations.
• Advanced sales skills to lead business development in private banking.
• Experience serving affluent and UHNW clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of associates to drive productivity, engagement, and succession.
• Manage profitability, drive new business development and retain current clients to generate revenues.
• Serve as senior client-facing representative with top clients and prospects; transition clients to the appropriate banker.
• Develop sales strategies and support internal/external presentations to boost revenue.
• Provide management and supervision to direct/indirect reports, including salary budgeting and performance reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in daily operations.
