Trustmark is seeking a Director of Private Banking to lead the Private Banking unit, drive profitable operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires guiding Relationship Managers, overseeing client experiences, and balancing leadership with personal production (roughly 80% leadership, 20% sales).

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Business or Finance, 5 years of leadership experience, and 8 years in direct private banking lending, with strong sales and communication

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of leadership experience including manager and team lead.
• 8 years of direct private banking lending experience through personal production or a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of Private Banking and bank financial products and services, including applicable laws and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Private Banking unit operations, ensuring profitable performance and compliance.
• Develop sales strategies and lead client-facing efforts with Relationship Managers.
• Act as senior client-facing representative with top clients and prospects; transition clients to the appropriate banker.
• Provide leadership and supervision to direct and indirect reports; manage salary budgets and annual reviews.
