Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business/finance.
• 5+ years of leadership experience including manager and team lead.
• 8+ years of direct private banking lending experience through personal production or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Private Banking processes and activities.
• Manage profitability and drive new business development and client retention.
• Serve as senior client-facing representative to major clients and prospects.
• Develop sales strategies and cross-selling opportunities between units.
• Provide leadership to direct and indirect reports and manage staffing issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management within Private Banking.
