You will shape sales strategies, oversee client-focused operations, and ensure exceptional experiences for affluent clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years leadership experience including manager and team lead.
• 8+ years direct private banking lending experience through personal production or leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of Private Banking products and services, including laws and regulations.
• Advanced sales skills to lead business development within Private Banking.
• Experience with affluent, high net worth clients.
• Experience in recognizing and handling troubled loans and problem customers.
• Strong sales strategy and process development skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of associates to promote productivity, engagement, and strategic goals.
• Manage profitability, drive new business and client retention to generate fee revenue.
• Act as senior client-facing representative for Private Banking with major clients; transition clients to the appropriate banker.
• Develop sales strategies and cross-selling opportunities across units to drive revenue.
• Provide leadership and supervision, including salary budgeting and performance reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management with policies and audits.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
