You will lead senior relationships, shape account strategies, and coordinate resources to advance opportunities from first engagement to expansion.

This is a senior, client-facing role requiring travel and collaboration with executive leadership across service lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electric or gas utilities, power, engineering, or professional services.
• Ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships within utilities.
• Experience creating business growth, strategic accounts, and market opportunities.
• Strong understanding of how utilities procure professional services.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute business-development strategies for priority utility accounts.
• Expand relationships across business units, geographies, and service lines.
• Develop relationships with senior utility executives and procurement leaders.
• Maintain account plans and define pathways from initial relationship to engagement.
• Coordinate internal resources and governance for pursuit strategy.
• Represent CARIAN at utility conferences and client events.
