Responsibilities

• Lead pre-acquisition IT diligence across systems, infrastructure, and org assessment.
• Manage interim IT operations and Day-1/100-day planning to improve ERP, back-office, and supply chain performance.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Co-coach staff and participate in recruitment and retention activities.
