Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Senior Director for its PEPI Tech Services M&A practice to lead complex engagements with private equity clients and portfolio companies. You will supervise pre‑acquisition diligence, Day‑1 and 100‑day plans, and drive improvements across ERP, back‑office, supply chain, and BI/reporting domains.

You will co‑coach staff, participate in recruitment, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Experience with private‑equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and transaction or merger integration projects.
• Deep functional expertise in IT merger integration, business transformation, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements for private equity clients and portfolio companies.
• Oversee Day‑1 and 100‑day planning; drive performance improvements across ERP, back‑office, supply chain, and BI/reporting.
• Co‑coach staff, participate in recruitment, and support delivery teams.
