Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm seeking a Senior Director for its Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) – Tech Services M&A. The role leads large, complex engagements across deal lifecycle, including pre-deal diligence, integration planning, and Day-1 execution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional consulting experience.
• Extensive experience with private equity sponsors or related merger integration.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex engagements for PE clients and portfolio companies.
• Oversee pre-acquisition IT diligence focusing on ERP, WMS, CRM, IT infrastructure and architecture.
• Provide interim IT management as needed.
• Plan Day-1 and 100-day initiatives driving ERP, back office, supply chain, BI and reporting improvements.
• Develop and coach delivery teams, reprioritize staffing as needed to ensure top performance.
