Job summary

CCS Fundraising is seeking a Senior Director, People Systems & Analytics to lead the design and operation of People technology, analytics, and automation. You will align with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations, IT, and Finance to optimize the employee lifecycle through robust systems and data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, HR Operations, HR Technology, People Operations, Systems Administration or related function.
• Experience configuring systems, mapping business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting system integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to improve operational processes via technology, automation, and workflow redesign.
• Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and apply automation and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner for People technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, talent assessment platforms).
• Lead the implementation, configuration, testing, optimization, and administration of People systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain system integrations with data integrity and security.
• Develop system documentation, governance standards, and end-user training.
• Design and continuously improve People processes across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Talent Management, and Total Rewards.
• Pilot and implement emerging technologies, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Build scalable solutions and act as internal consultant to streamline operations.
