Job summary

CCS Fundraising is seeking a Senior Director, People Systems & Analytics in a hybrid setup (NYC or Chicago). You will lead the technology, data, and operational foundation for the People function, partnering across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure systems and data scale with the business.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution: building reports, configuring systems, mapping workflows, managing vendors, and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years in Business/HR Operations, People Ops or related field.
• Experience configuring systems and integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to improve processes through technology and automation.
• Quick learner with ability to apply AI to solve problems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own People technology platforms including HRIS, ATS, and talent tools.
• Lead implementation, configuration, testing, and admin of People systems.
• Partner with IT and vendors to design integrations and ensure data flow.
• Evaluate new technologies to boost efficiency and employee experience.
• Develop system documentation and end-user training materials.
• Map processes and drive automation across Talent Acquisition and HR Ops.
• Build dashboards and governance for People data and analytics.
• Lead cross-functional vendor management and project delivery.
