Job summary

Dallas College is seeking a strategic Senior Director, HR People Analytics and Workforce Planning. Lead enterprise analytics, forecast workforce needs, and partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Institutional Research to transform data into insights guiding talent and organizational decisions.

You will oversee dashboards, reporting standards, and responsible AI governance while building a high-performing analytics team to support student success and institutional priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Five+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, workforce planning, data science, or related field.
• Two+ years in leadership of analytics professionals or cross-functional teams.
• Experience applying statistical analysis, data visualization, predictive modeling, and BI to workforce questions.
• Experience developing executive-level analytics, dashboards, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise people analytics, workforce planning, and workforce intelligence initiatives.
• Translate complex HR data into clear narratives and recommendations for executives.
• Own HR analytics product roadmap, dashboards, reporting, and analytics governance.
• Develop predictive analytics and workforce scenario models.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Institutional Research to ensure data integrity and scalable reporting.
