Job summary

College Track seeks a People Systems & Analytics Manager to connect our People & Culture data and technology, turning HR data into a clear, evidence-based story about organizational health while modernizing the HR tech stack.

You’ll partner with every P&C function to create dashboards, automate reporting, and provide insights to the Senior Leadership Team and Board. This hybrid, full-time role reports to the VP of People & Culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience in systems and data management.
• Experience administering HR software and creating data-driven narratives.
• Ability to turn data into a story for diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program/project management of our people data, systems, and tools — HRIS, dashboards, and state/federal compliance reporting
• Build dashboards that connect the dots across People & Culture data and drive organizational change
• Deliver insights and automated reporting to Leadership, Board, and program teams
• Own the People & Culture KPI dashboard — accurate, insightful, and tied to the bigger organizational narrative
