You will oversee HR operations, HRIS governance, analytics, dashboards, and change management across multi-state environments, partnering with senior leaders to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years HR ops, HRIS, and analytics leadership.
• Experience with multi-state compliance and data governance.
• Strong dashboard development (Tableau/PowerBI) and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end People Operations across onboarding, records, and lifecycle.
• Own HRIS strategy, governance, and tech roadmap.
• Develop exec dashboards and actionable workforce insights.
• Drive automation and change management across the function.
