Job summary

College Track is seeking a People Systems & Analytics Manager to be the connective tissue behind our People & Culture team's data and technology. You'll partner closely with every P&C function to turn HR data into a clear, evidence-based story about organizational health while managing and modernizing the HR tech stack.

You’ll report to the VP of People & Culture and you'll architect clean HRIS workflows, build dashboards, and present trends to the Senior Leadership Team, with hybrid, full-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in systems/data management.
• Proven ability to turn data into a storytelling narrative.
• Experience administering HR software such as ATS/HRIS.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM of our people data, systems, and dashboards.
• Build cross-functional relationships and ensure compliance.
• Own KPI dashboards and AI risk/safe usage guidance.
