Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Sr Director – OT Cyber Security to define and lead the enterprise OT cybersecurity program across manufacturing sites, labs, and OT-connected environments globally. This leader will own the OT security strategy, governance framework, and multi-year roadmap, driving risk reduction while enabling operational resilience.

The role requires collaboration with the CISO, CTO, and DT organizations and demands strategic vision plus hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/IT/CS/Cybersecurity/Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Enterprise IT.
• At least 5 years leading direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the OT cybersecurity program strategy for global sites and labs.
• Establish OT governance frameworks and security standards.
• Lead end-to-end OT security program delivery with roadmaps and milestones.
• Drive asset inventory governance and OT vulnerability management.
• Lead the global OT cybersecurity team and advise executive leadership.
