Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure management and OT/ISC platforms.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong governance, cybersecurity, and risk management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute OT strategy to optimize manufacturing systems (MES, SCADA, PLCs, historians).
• Ensure standardization, lifecycle management, and cyber-secure deployment of OT systems.
• Align OT data flows with ENIT systems for smart factory capabilities.
• Partner with site leadership to prioritize OT investments with minimal disruption.
• Establish governance, support models, and compliance across OT environments.
