Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Sr Director – OT Cyber Security to define and operationalize the enterprise OT cybersecurity program across global manufacturing sites, labs, and OT-connected environments. The leader will own the OT security strategy, governance framework, and multi-year roadmaps, driving risk reduction while enabling operational resilience across GE Vernova's units.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IS/IT/CS/Cybersecurity/Engineering from an accredited college or university.
10+ years of professional experience in Enterprise IT or OT environments.
Experience leading teams and driving OT cybersecurity programs.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the OT cybersecurity program strategy across manufacturing sites and labs.
Establish OT governance frameworks and security standards; enforce segmentation, access control, and asset management.
Lead end-to-end delivery of OT security programs including network segmentation and visibility platforms.
Translate strategy into executable roadmaps; manage timelines, resources, and milestones; report progress to ELT.
Lead the global OT cybersecurity team and partner with executive leadership on risk and investment decisions.
