Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity/OT security.
• 6+ years in OT security, network security, or industrial control systems.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Experience collaborating with global Supply Chain counterparts on cybersecurity objectives.
• 3+ years of leading complex security projects.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity policies and standards (NIST 800-82, NIS2, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Experience managing OT asset visibility platforms (Claroty, Dragos, Armis, Nozomi).
• Ability to apply cybersecurity knowledge to OT/ICS/SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the OT cybersecurity team and drive professional growth.
• Advise on enterprise risk management and audit findings in manufacturing environments.
• Manage performance, resources, budgeting, and project prioritization for security initiatives.
• Oversee OT security strategy design and architecture across global sites.
• Educate Supply Chain and IT teams on cybersecurity best practices for manufacturing.
• Serve as SME for OT security platforms (Claroty, Dragos, Armis, Nozomi, Palo Alto).
• Provide technical support and consult with Global Supply Chain on security best practices.
• Collaborate with Security Operations Center to enhance threat detection in manufacturing plants.
• Investigate OT security incidents to determine root causes.
• Plan research, PoC testing, and implementation for platform changes across sites.
• Direct compliance/licensing of server OS and cloud/dc recovery strategies.
• Lead tabletop exercises and coordinate third-party manufacturing partner connectivity.
