Job summary

Honeywell processes technology leadership is seeking an IT for OT Director to drive resilient, scalable OT across PT. Lead OT optimization, governance, and cybersecurity, while building a high‑performing global team to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires guiding OT investments, aligning with PT priorities, and delivering value with strict governance and compliance, in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and/or ISC platforms.
• Proven experience managing OT initiatives.
• Leadership experience across IT, engineering or strategy domains is valued.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute PT OT strategy to optimize manufacturing systems (MES, SCADA, PLCs, data historians).
• Ensure cyber-secure deployment and lifecycle management of OT systems across sites.
• Align OT architecture with ENIT systems for smart factory capabilities and integrated insights.
• Lead governance, budgets, and KPIs for OT to deliver measurable value.
