Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group seeks a Senior Manager of OT Cybersecurity to define and drive the OT security program across the Americas. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and business leaders to protect critical production systems and ICS from cyber threats.

The candidate will lead governance, risk management, and resilience efforts, including incident response, architecture reviews, and strategic investments for Industry 4.0 manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, CS or related field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, industrial control systems, or OT.
• 5+ years leading security programs, projects or teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Americas OT Cybersecurity Strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish OT cyber standards, policies, and control frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF).
• Drive long-term OT security roadmap and investment strategy; embed security in Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Establish OT cyber risk program; identify Crown Jewels; perform risk assessments; provide executive visibility.
• Lead resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning for OT environments.
• Review OT security architectures for new facilities, acquisitions, and technology deployments; drive improvements.
• Coordinate incident response and crisis management for OT incidents with cross-functional teams.
• Provide executive reporting on OT risk, maturity, and strategic initiatives; support security investments.
• Lead OT assessments, promote cybersecurity awareness, and support M&A integrations.
