Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Sr Director – OT Cyber Security to define, lead, and operationalize the enterprise OT cybersecurity program spanning all manufacturing sites, labs, and OT-connected environments globally. This leader will own the OT security strategy, governance framework, and a multi-year roadmap, driving risk reduction while enabling operational resilience.

The role requires coordinating with the CISO, CTO, and Business Unit DT teams, balancing safety, quality, and cost, and delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IS/IT/CS/Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Enterprise IT.
At least 5 years leading employee direct reports.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the OT cybersecurity program strategy across manufacturing sites and labs.
Lead end-to-end delivery of OT security programs, including network segmentation and OT visibility.
Translate strategy into executable roadmaps and manage timelines and milestones.
Define and track OT security KPIs and report progress to ELT.
Act as trusted advisor to executive leadership translating OT risk into business insights.
