Job summary

Honeywell Technologies, a global automation leader, seeks a Director of IT for OT to shape technology capabilities enabling resilient manufacturing and scalable plant operations. You will lead OT optimization, governance, cybersecurity, and a high-performing, global team delivering measurable business value.

Responsibilities include aligning OT with ENIT systems, overseeing budgets and KPIs, and ensuring compliant, secure operations in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years IT infrastructure management and/or ISC platforms experience.
• Proven experience leading OT initiatives and large-scale IT/OT programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration across global teams.
• Solid understanding of network architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute OT strategy to optimize manufacturing systems (MES, SCADA, PLCs, data historians).
• Ensure standardization, lifecycle management, and cyber-secure deployment across OT sites.
• Align OT architecture and data flows with ENIT systems for smart factory capabilities.
• Lead global OT team, manage budgets, KPIs, and value realization metrics.
• Establish governance, controls, and risk mitigation across OT environments.
