Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive seeks a strategic OT Security and Infrastructure Director to lead manufacturing cyber security, ensuring OT systems are protected and available. You will guide a global team, align with Supply Chain, Plant Systems, and IT, and drive robust security services across dispersed sites.

You will manage budgets, mentor staff, and coordinate with ICS/OT stakeholders to implement best-practice controls, resiliency, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 6+ years OT security, network security, or industrial control systems.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Experience with global Supply Chain counterparts to drive cybersecurity objectives.
• 3+ years leading complex security projects.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity policies and standards (NIST 800-82, NIS2, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Experience managing OT asset visibility platforms (Claroty, Dragos, Armis, Nozomi).
• Ability to apply cybersecurity knowledge to OT/ICS/SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the OT cybersecurity team.
• Advise on enterprise risk management and audit findings for manufacturing.
• Oversee budget planning and project prioritization for security initiatives.
• Design and implement OT security strategies, policies, and architectures.
• Educate Supply Chain and IT on cyber security best practices for manufacturing.
• Serve as SME for OT Security platforms used in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Security Operations Center to enhance threat detection.
• Participate in investigations to determine root causes of OT incidents.
• Coordinate platform changes and disaster recovery planning across sites.
