• Bachelor's degree; MBA strongly preferred.
• PMP or project management certification preferred.
• 20+ years of experience with 12+ years in project/program management within a Network Telecommunication Service organization.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the long‑term vision and strategy for Operations Support, SCM/Logistics, and Sales/Business Operations, ensuring alignment with Samsung Networks' goals.
• Foster cross‑functional integration to ensure seamless project execution and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and leverage automation to reduce costs.
• Manage the P&L for Support & Business Operations, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all projects and operations.
• Oversee training activities for customers, GC, and internal teams to meet project demands.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards across all projects and operations.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates for all teams, communicating project status and performance metrics.
