Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business operations, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cross-departmental coordination and collaboration.
• Experience in a leadership role within a large organization (preferred).
• Knowledge of financial and budgetary processes (preferred).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of strategic materials and reports to support decision-making.
• Manage and lead the Planning Part team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate business operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to support departmental activities.
• Collaborate with senior management to align departmental strategies with overall business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Represent the department in cross-functional meetings and projects, advocating for the team's needs and priorities.
