Job summary

Samsung Electronics seeks a Director, Business Operations and Strategy for North America. You will partner with the VP to steer priorities, operating rhythm, and execution across the team, blending strategy, operations, executive communications, and cross-functional leadership.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and able to translate priorities into action, while identifying opportunities to improve how the team works and representing the VP when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in senior operations or strategy roles in media, entertainment, or tech.
• Executive presence, judgment, and ability to distill complex data into narratives.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality leadership presentations and executive briefings.
• Oversee goals, KPIs, and budgets; plan for upcoming cycles.
• Translate priorities into clear goals, actions, and accountability.
• Act as VP proxy across meetings and cross-functional engagements.
• Establish and maintain team workflows and operating cadence.
• Identify process improvements and lead cross-functional initiatives.
