Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize and communicate results.
• Proven ability to interact with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Experience in technology sales, business development or OEMs and carrier sales is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and business systems (Tableau, SAP, Alteryx).

Responsibilities

• Lead annual Management Plan development with Sales and Product Marketing.
• Define yearly Marketing Development Funding programs.
• Develop and refine monthly revenue forecasting methodologies.
• Support quarterly budgeting across all retail channels.
• Audit results and scorecards across core metrics quarterly.
• Reconcile monthly accruals and close gaps with cross-functional partners.
• Prepare weekly revenue dashboards for executive visibility.
• Create and distribute weekly business reports to cross-functional teams.
• Develop tools (Tableau or AI-based) to support corporate objectives.
• Mentor team members and align department objectives with strategic priorities.
