Samsung is seeking a Director of Business Operations and Strategy to partner with the VP of the Service Partnership Group for North America. The role focuses on driving priorities, operating rhythm, and execution across the team, bridging strategy and operations with strong executive communication.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented, capable of translating priorities into action and driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in Chief of Staff, Head of Business Operations or Strategy in media/tech.
• Strong executive presence and judgment in dealing with senior leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills for concise executive narratives and presentations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in executive deliverables, reporting, budgets.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with ability to align strategy and execution.
• Proactive operator who drives work with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership presentations, executive briefings, and business reviews.
• Oversee goals, KPIs, and budgets; coordinate planning for business cycles.
• Translate priorities into clear goals, actions, and accountability.
• Represent the VP across meetings and cross-functional engagements.
• Establish and maintain team workflows, planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and lead cross-functional automation projects.
• Own the operating rhythm of the team with leadership meetings and workshops.
• Coordinate with Data Analytics, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance for alignment.
• Tackle high-priority, ambiguous initiatives to drive momentum.
