Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Senior Director of Strategy and Sales Operations to lead the operational foundation for the sales organization. You will own data infrastructure, reporting, pricing strategy, and sales enablement, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive growth and informed decision making.

The role demands 12+ years in sales operations/strategy with senior leadership experience, plus strong expertise in Salesforce, CRM systems, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, strategy, or related field with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (Required).
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree (Preferred).
• Project Management certification such as PMP (Preferred).
• Business intelligence or data analytics certifications (Preferred).
• Deep knowledge of sales operations and strategy within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure, reporting systems, and BI tools.
• Extensive experience in pricing strategy and pricing frameworks.
• Proven experience leading sales enablement programs and measuring impact.
• Broad knowledge of CRM systems, sales technology, and operational tools.
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data infrastructure, reporting, and dashboards to enable real-time sales insights.
• Manage Salesforce and other sales systems, ensuring data integrity and adoption.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies and pricing tools aligned with business goals.
• Lead pricing RFP processes and cross-functional contract negotiations.
• Design and deliver comprehensive sales enablement programs and onboarding.
• Create sales content and enablement resources for the team.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and coaching opportunities.
• Measure enablement effectiveness and refine programs based on data.
