Position Summary: The role of Sr. Director, Shop Experience is pivotal to the Shopping Strategy, focusing on fulfilling customer orders on-time and in-full. This position will lead the shopper experience on the salesfloor, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement. The role involves leading multiple teams to develop a comprehensive technology and product roadmap, orchestrating matrixed teams across the organization to meet team and company goals. As an innovation and culture champion, the Sr. Director will develop leadership skills within their teams and pursue excellence for shoppers and customers.
Lead a team of leaders, attracting and developing talent to achieve excellence.
Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships to maximize business impact.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals within Last Mile delivery and End-to-End processes.
Analyze data, feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and drive positive outcomes.
Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring strategic decisions are financially viable and contribute to long-term success.
Possess 10+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, Product Operations, or eCommerce growth within large-scale digital or Omnichannel organizations.
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives from ideation to execution with measurable impacts.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and foster cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
Experience working with data science, analytics, and automation technologies to inform business decisions.
Excellent communication and executive presence to engage senior leadership.
Passion for customer experience, digital transformation, and retail innovation.

The annual salary range is $130,000 - $260,000, with additional performance bonuses and potential stock options.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field, with 6 years’ experience in operations or project management, or 8 years’ experience in related areas. Additionally, 4 years’ supervisory experience are required.
Leadership experience in cross-functional teams, advanced degrees such as an MBA or Masters in Engineering or Operations, and project management certification are preferred.
