This role of Director, Customer Engagement will play a critical part in the Shopping Strategy, ultimately fulfilling customer orders on-time and in-full. The position will identify opportunities to win customer orders through effective engagement and simplified communications. The team will orchestrate resources to enhance the experience via substitutions, amends, and inquiries.
This role requires working with technology and processes, overseeing initiatives from concept to scaling, demanding ownership and a bias for action. The leader will set goals, expectations, and motivate the team for improved, faster delivery.

The annual salary range is $110,000 to $220,000, plus performance bonuses. Additional compensation may include stock options.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations or project management, or 7 years’ experience in similar areas. At least 3 years’ supervisory experience.
Experience working on cross-functional teams, a Master’s in Business Administration, Project Management Professional certification.
