What you'll do...

The Strategic Program Management team is the innovation engine of Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery (LMD) organization, focused on identifying, shaping, and executing the most critical and high-impact opportunities for the business. This team takes on ambiguous, complex challenges and transforms them into well-defined, cross-functional initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, or competitive advantage. Operating with a deep understanding of LMD and the broader Walmart ecosystem, the team excels at synthesizing complexity, building business cases, and influencing outcomes across the enterprise. Success on this team requires strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, strong execution skills, and a bold, action-oriented mindset.

What you'll do:

•Lead high-priority last mile delivery strategic initiatives that drive innovation and transformation across Walmart
•Translate complex, ambiguous ideas into clear business cases and actionable implementation plans.
•Partner cross-functionally across the enterprise to embed LMD priorities into broader Walmart strategies.
•Drive execution with confidence, influence without authority, and hold stakeholders accountable through strong communication and leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

•8+ years of experience leading large-scale strategic projects or initiatives, ideally in consulting and growth operations.
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguity and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
•Exceptional executive presence, storytelling, and presentation development skills.
•Highly data-driven with a bias for action and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organizations.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
