Position Summary

The Sr. Director of Driver Capabilities and Automation/AI for Last Mile Delivery will lead the development and implementation of advanced automated systems to transform our delivery processes. This role is crucial in driving AI transformation and ensuring our platforms are scalable and future-proof.

What you'll do

1. Lead AI Transformation: Drive the AI transformation by developing and deploying advanced AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies to improve driver capabilities and last-mile delivery efficiency. Engage in innovative AI projects that significantly impact delivery operations.
2. Build Scalable Platforms: Design and develop scalable platforms supporting automation goals, including pricing, search, and offer strategies for the driver platform. Incorporate the latest AI advancements to address real-world challenges.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to guide strategic decisions, optimize processes, and enhance performance. Clearly communicate plans and roadmaps to leadership and stakeholders.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across departments to gather requirements and ensure successful AI and automation system implementation. Promote a culture of innovation and technological adoption.
5. Inspire and Propel Change: Foster an innovative environment, motivating team members to embrace new technologies and methodologies that advance the organization.
