Position Summary: This role of Director, Shop Experience will play a critical part in the Shopping Strategy, ultimately fulfilling customer orders on time and in full. The position requires understanding store complexities and operations—especially inventory movement—and identifying ways to improve fulfillment rates. The director will lead the team to develop a comprehensive roadmap for technology and product development, overseeing testing, deployment, and tracking. Additionally, the team will coordinate resources to enhance the shopping experience through in-stock improvements, optional navigation, and friction reduction for shoppers.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy based on data, user feedback, and associate insights.
Create an aligned roadmap with clear resource allocation and value delivery.
Design compelling presentations incorporating data, customer feedback, and linking to team and company goals.
Lead teams efficiently to achieve objectives.
Apply technology solutions to enable strategic initiatives.
Develop overall strategy for the shop experience, focusing on Last Mile delivery.
Translate data analysis into actionable strategies.
Provide team leadership and guidance.
Prioritize roadmap initiatives to align leadership and maximize value.
Own and drive vision and outcomes related to shopper experience, inventory availability, and business objectives.
Present strategies and progress to leadership and stakeholders.

The annual salary range is $110,000 - $220,000, with potential performance bonuses and additional compensation such as stock options for eligible roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, plus 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related areas, OR 7 years’ experience in similar fields. At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
Experience working on cross-functional teams or projects, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management Professional certification, or similar credentials are preferred.
