Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC seeks an accomplished leader to drive enterprise-wide third party risk management from a compliance perspective. You will shape governance, risk framework, and a multi-year roadmap across Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace environments.

You will oversee audit, monitoring, and delegated oversight functions, reporting to executives and the board, and manage teams of professionals across compliance and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Health Administration, or related field; or, equivalent work experience.
• Master's Degree preferred with 10+ years progressively responsible experience in audit, compliance, enterprise risk, and/or third party risk management.
• Leadership experience directing managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience advising executive leadership and presenting material risk to governance committees or boards.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads directors, other people leaders, and teams of auditors, monitoring specialists, compliance analysts, and delegated oversight professionals.
• Establishes enterprise strategy, governance model, risk framework, and decision rights for third party risk management from a compliance perspective.
• Defines and sponsors the multi-year operating roadmap, investment priorities, and scalable processes.
• Owns design and effectiveness of the enterprise third party risk management framework.
• Leads enterprise delegated entity audit and monitoring program and directs risk-based audit plans for vendors and other third parties.
• Oversees audit planning, execution, reporting, and validation to meet regulatory expectations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Health Administration, or related field
