Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a leader to oversee the organization’s third-party risk management program. You will manage activities to independently assess compliance with company standards, federal and state requirements, and NCQA accreditation where applicable, driving risk mitigation and strategic insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of audit, compliance, third-party oversight experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Marketplace health plan administration preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party risk management program to align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct pre-service, annual and risk-based audits and monitoring to measure performance against policies.
• Lead risk assessments and due diligence for new and existing third parties.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards for senior leadership and board.
• Mentor a team of contributors and allocate resources to program activities.
