Centene Corporation is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the organization's third-party risk management program. You will drive risk mitigation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide strategic insights to leadership from a remote location across the Continental United States.

The role requires 5+ years in audit/compliance/third-party oversight, with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Marketplace. Mentoring a team and delivering executive reports are key aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Audit, Compliance, third-party oversight or related fields.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Marketplace and health plan administration preferred.
• Project management experience in planning, coordinating and executing projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party risk management program and activities.
• Lead audits, monitoring and risk-based assessments.
• Manage issue resolution and remediation progress reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to mitigate third-party risks.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership and board.
• Support internal/external audits related to third-party oversight.
• Mentor and allocate resources for a risk management team.
