Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a Manager, Third Party Risk Management for remote nationwide work. You will oversee the third‑party risk program, conduct audits, and drive remediation across the enterprise, coordinating with IT Security, Procurement, Compliance and Operations. You will prepare senior leadership dashboards and support audits.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in audit/compliance with preferred Medicare/Medicaid knowledge and project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Health Administration, or related equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Audit, Compliance, third party oversight and/or related experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace and health plan administration preferred.
• Project management experience in planning, coordinating and executing projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight of the third‑party risk management program.
• Conducts audits and monitoring to measure compliance with standards and requirements.
• Drives risk mitigation strategies and reports to senior leadership.
• Leads due diligence for new and existing third parties and performs risk assessments.
• Coordinates cross‑functional efforts and presents dashboards to the board.
