Job summary

Centene Corp. seeks a Senior Director to lead Third Party Risk Management from a compliance perspective. You will govern risk framework, audits, and delegated oversight across Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace functions, reporting to executives and the board.

The role requires a CIA certification, a master’s degree preferred, and 10+ years in audit/compliance/risk. Remote work from anywhere in the continental United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, health administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• CIA certification is required; CHC preferred.
• 10+ years in audit, compliance, enterprise risk, or third party risk management.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise strategy, governance, risk framework, and decision rights for third party risk management.
• Oversee risk-based audit plans and delegated entity monitoring across vendors, PBMs, and providers.
• Lead audit planning, execution, reporting, and validation with regulatory and accreditation readiness.
• Direct end-to-end third party lifecycle governance, due diligence, and issue remediation.
• Provide executive and board reporting on risk exposure, performance, and remediation status.
